Ivashchenko Vladimir Vasilyevich

Doctor of Medical Sciences, nephrologist, transfusiologist.


He graduated from the 1-st Moscow Medical Sechenov’s Institute in 1986 on the specialty "General practitioner ". From 1990 to 1994 he worked as a doctor of sorption therapy: he carried out hemosorption, plasmapheresis, indirect electrochemical blood oxidation, ultraviolet and laser irradiation of blood in complex therapy of various profiles patients. From 1994 to 2016 he worked as a nephrologist, transfusiologist, head of the department of extracorporeal methods of blood purification in the Research Urology Lopatkin’s Institute. He mastered the methods of dialysis in patients with kidney disease. In 1999 he defended PhD thesis: "Indirect electrochemical blood oxidation with sodium hypochlorite solution in the complex of conservative therapy of acute pyelonephritis (experimental and clinical study)." In 2016 he defended the dissertation of the doctor of medical sciences: "The mechanism of adaptogenic action of sodium hypochlorite with indirect electrochemical blood oxidation and its use in urology (experimental and clinical study)."

Ivashchenko V.V. is the author of 3 patents for invention. 1) The method of predicting the likelihood of a lethal outcome in patients with infectious and inflammatory diseases of the urinary system. // Patent for invention: RU 2517110 C2 of 05.09.2012. 2) Method of extracorporeal indirect electrochemical blood oxidation with 0,06% solution of sodium hypochlorite in patients with infectious and inflammatory diseases of the urinary system and endotoxicosis level 1 degree. //Patent for invention: RU 25222221 C1 of 14.03.2013. 3) The method of treatment of secondary immune deficiency in sepsis and septic shock in urology // Patent for invention: RU 2586243 C1 30.12.2014.

He is the author of more than 100 scientific works.

Extracorporal methods of blood purification

The main goal of the cabinet is to increase the effectiveness of prevention and treatment of the most common infectious and non-infectious human diseases, to activate systemic mechanisms of adaptation and sanogenesis, to normalize the metabolism, to stimulate main detoxifying systems of the body.

Materials and methods

  • Modeling of excretory system function: hemodialysis, isolated ultrafiltration;
